Solid Waste Fees Refunded:
Listened to citizens regarding erroneous fees being charged to low-income citizens under prior administrations. Discovered errors. Facilitated tax refunds to citizens affected.

Hotel on Griffith:

Financially supported lawsuit against Town on approved hotel that would encroach on k-8 school and historic African-American neighborhood by infusing $500 donation + supported plaintiff-run yard sale and fundraising.

Town Staff:
Researched and provided Town officialswith  staff bench-marking. Data compared Davidson with similar, surrounding and
nearby towns.

Tree ordinance:
Discussed with state level official and citizens working on revising existing tree ordinances.

Successfully lobbied against bond referendum that would have added $16 Million to Town’s debt without plan.
